All applications received up to 12 noon each Wednesday are processed in the weekly run
You must ensure that by 5pm each Wednesday:
• attendance count is up to date
• available school places are accurate
As soon as you admit a child to your school roll, you should update this in the portal and you must adjust your attendance count to reflect this.
Own admission authority schools that participate in NCC’s in-year coordinated scheme must also update all applications by 5pm each Wednesday to:
• assign a criteria
• assign a list position
Allocations are made and parents will be notified on Tuesday morning of the outcome of their application
